The Wildflower Trail Puzzle Cache is located in Tourne Park, Boonton,NJ considered one of The Garden State’s gems.
The Published coordinates will take you to the Wildflower Trailhead. You will need to visit 5 locations along the Wildflower trail to obtain the information needed to locate the final cache.
This cache is easy and kid friendly, it will take you less the 10 -15 minutes to walk the trail loop to all the locations.
The Wildflower Trail will take you through a short scenic walk through many natural habitats, such as wetlands, stream banks, dry and moist rocky hillsides and a woodland swamp.
The diversity of these habitats offer a horticuial sanctuary, resulting in an extensive variety of nearly 250 native woodland flowers, plants and fern specimens.
There is always something to see along the trail, from spring through fall a procession of woodland wildflowers bloom according to sunlight, temperature and growing requirements.
The highlight of a trip to Tourne Park continues to be the view from the top, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the New York City skyline.

(A) Follow the Brookside trail to Locate # 2, The bridge. Cross the bridge, on the left you will see a small sign, answer the following question, What is slippery?
