Geocache Description:

A short walk in the woods.

I have spent the last couple of days caching in Flagstaff and it's been wonderful. I love walking into the woods and have no idea where I'm at except for my GPSr. There have been some very challenging caches and some fun hikes. So this is a way to say thanks.

I ride through Flagstaff at least 4 times a year coming from Port Hueneme, CA and going to Milwaukee, WI and back. At least once a year I come out with a friend and visit the Grand Canyon.

This cache, a 30 cal ammo container, is somewhat off the trail and about 1/4 mile from the nearest parking lot. Parking lot coordinates are N 35 12.103 W 111 39.953 Parking hours are 9am-5pm every day.
On this same walk you can find "Why a CD Trader?" and "Emerald Isle".
