Vernon NJ is home to Mountain Creek (the old Action Park, Vernon Valley and Great Gorge North and South), Hidden Valley, and MUCH history.
Up until a couple of years ago Vernon was lacking a Main Street. The local powers that be realized this was SOMETHING that JUST HAD TO BE. Properties were obtained (some via "eminent domain"), some loose plans made and Main Street constructed. Upon completion, however, a few problems arose - these involved septic, problems with the Highlands Act, wetlands, etc. Well, whatever, we now HAVE a Main Street! Not much on it besides some parking, but, WE HAVE A MAIN STREET! The only logical thing to do next? Share it with the world!

This one is a multi-stage cache. The first stage is just off of Main Street itself (Don't blink or you may miss it...not the cache, but Main Street!). Stage 1 will provide you with two series of five numbers. Swap these in for the minutes of stage one and you will find the cache location. (The degrees, 41 and 74, don't change.)
You will be seeking an odd container, about the size of a bar of butter. Cache is small and contains a logbook, pencil and sharpener and some small trade items; it should be able to accomodate geocoins, but TB's may not fit. Please be careful of muggles in the area; a little stealth doesn't hurt.
