This cache is within sight of the "Welcome to Roy City" sign on 5600 South. Because of geographic considerations, I had to place this cache further away than the other "Welcome to Roy City" caches. I'd rate the terrain as 1.5 though, so it is almost wheelchair-accessible.
The cache is from the "Fly, Be Free! (Seed Cache)". It is a bison tube just like the one in this photo, but a different color. It can only contain a log, so bring your own pencil. At many times, there can be a lot of muggles, but they usually move on soon. Still, don't look obvious when searching for, retrieving and replacing this cache.
The cache is not hidden in or on any sign.
Let me know if/when the hiding of the cache begins to break down.

Update 21 October 2015: When I did maintenance I replaced it with a plastic container. I'm leaving the picture to show what the original cache container looked like, for historic purposes.
