Parking is at the top of the grade, where truckers pull off to check there brakes for decending the long grade into Nevada.
This cache was placed to honor my geo buddy and team mate Octavio's 500th find, an achievment coin was placed in it for him to find. He got this cacher into the sport of Geocaching.
Stop and take a break, check your brakes and grab a Cache!
it is a short walk across easy desert terrain about 400 ft. from ample parking. Container is not on the ground. Great cache for GeoTruckers. Your in the desert, so watch for cactus and critters, especially at night.
Cache contains a log, a pencil and swag for trade and an FTF Lottery ticket.
