Geocache Description:

Once upon a time in a land far far away there lived a lively King called Ian. King Ian reigned over a very busy kingdom who loved to experience the great outdoors as long as they didn’t have to go too far from their carriages. King Ian encouraged his subjects to travel far and wide leaving their mark upon the areas they visited and writing travelogues for others. He was truly loved by all his subjects who worked hard to keep his economy flourishing and producing the world’s best coffee and electronic devices. These were prized by all the neighbouring kingdoms and the envy of some.

Queen GloriaBean of Taradale lured King Ian to her nearby realm with the promise of “coffee better than any other.” King Ian was outraged, pulled on the royal fluoro pants and travelled up the Calderriver to taste this coffee and planning to disparage it soundly on the coffee lovers forums.

Queen GloriaBean received him with great ceremony and plied him with her treasured brew. He sipped, he quaffed, he skolled the first one down only to feel himself becoming fuzzy and bewildered. “Argh decaffeinated” he howled as he spasmed into unconsciousness.

He woke his mouth gritty with old coffee grounds to find himself near a small cottage. Knocking on the door he was greeted by the beautiful young maiden Shelby and seven vertically challenged men who asked what he was doing in the Enchanted Forest. He explained and a knowing look crossed the maiden’s face. “Aah she did it to me too with an apple. She has placed a spell on me condemning me to live my life with these guys. Can you imagine what it’s like living here cooking and cleaning for seven guys? No one ever puts the toilet seat down. I can’t bear it any longer. If we show you the way out of the forest will you promise to find a way to break the spell so I can leave.”

King Ian was enchanted by the beautiful Shelby and readily agreed to return. He kissed her passionately in the hope of breaking the spell but it just turned one of the men into a frog.

The six vertically challenged men led King Ian through the forest and pointed him on his way.

Now you have to be on your toes like the vertically challenged for King "life is too short for bad coffee" Ian needs his kingdom’s help to break the spell and rescue the beautiful Shelby.
