Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the shown co-ordinates.

Canterbury Cathedral sits in a valley and wonderful views can be had from the hills around. I have placed a series of caches in some of the best places to get a view. This is an unexpected and unusual view of the cathedral, one you probably won't have seen before.

To get to this Cache you must first get the co-ordinates from GC15YVC "the Elephant house" (or from GC1124Y cathedral View Series #5 a conduit surprise). You can then choose to walk, cycle or drive to Cathedral View series #6 - he crys to tall cheeters. we placed both caches on a cycle ride from Canterbury. the best Cycle/walking route is as follows

from "The Elephant house" cache proceed to N51 16.463 E001 08.815 and turn left. At N51 16.278 E001 08.461 there is a view towards a landmark on the coast (same landmark as can be seen on the cathedral view series - a circular walk.) At N51 15.829 E001 07.947 Turn right and then at N51 16.040 E001 07.441 turn left and follow the coordinates to the cache. there is a peek of a cathedral view at N51 15.954 E001 07.358.

The distence between the 2 caches is just over 2 miles.

Once you get to the cache there is a task to be completed which is described in the log book. Once a month or every 5 posts whichever is the longer the cacher who completes the task the best will be named on this cache! All will be revealed when you get there.

Co-ordinates are now also available in GC1124Y cathedral View Series #5 a conduit surprise, in the log book. view #6 is around 1.5 miles from #5.

This cache is placed on the North Downs Way, one of the Mills's favourite walking / cycling spots.

having visited the cache and taken time to look at all the results of the task set the first winner is.......

Jasumi - I think you had some help from Mr O Grady there!
A very close second to Ju+Ted for a very inventive effort.

keep up the good work I look forward to seeing the results of future cachers.
