Geocache Description:

I have always been fond of fairy tales and nursery rhymes. Since there are so many tales to choose from I have begun a series based on some of my favorites.



CHICKEN LITTLE is the third cache in this series. Chicken Little is a fable, also known as Chicken Licken, Chicken Little or Henny Penny is an old fable about a chicken (or a hare in early versions) who believes the sky is falling.

One day Chicken Little was walking in the woods when -- KERPLUNK -- an acorn fell on her head "Oh my goodness!" said Chicken Little. "The sky is falling! I must go and tell the king."

From there she meets all kinds of characters including Goosey Loosey and Foxey Loxey. Some of these guys I’ve placed in the cache. The rest are out geocaching.
