A plain simple easy cache with a view of the birds some 50 yards from the cache.
The cach is located on the coastal route between Holywood and Bangor. A plain simple cache that involves a little scrambling over some large rocks that are not to difficult as my 6 year old boy demonstrated. A good one for bird lovers and kids. Although some caution is needed in high winds, rough seas and exceptionaly high tides, the rock about 50 yards of the coast line has many birds upon it. The cache is a tupperwear container containing a few toys and other things. it is a nice spot to stop and have lunch or to sit and pass time and to watch boats coming in and out of belfast and also aeroplanes landing at GB City airport. Across the water you can see carickfergus and the war memorial. Happy hunting.
