Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden in Tahara City of Aichi Prefecture.

The Irago cape lighthouse is a lighthouse of the chalk built in the tip of the Atsumi peninsula which overlooks Gulf of Mikawa.
It is built in 1929 and continues keeping the security of a ship coming and going in the sea.
It is chosen as “50 selections of Japanese lighthouses” in 1998.
