A great spot to go floating and boating, and caching and dashing!
Our family did a number of short floats down the Willamette River this summer, one of them starting from here. This is a great spot to put in on the 'Booneville Channel' if you don't mind a somewhat steepish trail down to the water, which feeds into the Willamette River about a quarter mile to the north. But before you float or paddle away, stop and cache here. You are searching for a 3" diameter x 5" long container.
