This cache was placed for the GAG11 event of October 26th - 27th 2007. Scouter Jim got the unactivated Yellow Gnome geocoin for the FTF.
Team Valpin has become very well known in the Outaouais region. Extremely active in the caching comunity,including their involvement in this year's Geo-Rallye, and the regular monthly breakfasts in Gatineau, they had quickly picked up their first 1000 finds and placed almost 100 hides at the time of this writing. Known for their easy, family friendly series of caches such as those in Lac Beauchamp Park and in the Buckingham area, there is always a high level of anticipation in those waiting for their latest cache publication. With their trademark yellow bees marking the way as they go, these notable area cachers have been a veritable hive of activity.
L'équipe Valpin est devenue très bien connue dans la région d'Outaouais.
