Mimicro Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

btrueblood: Receipt of a nasty log posting from the gc.com reviewers is what prompted this cache being archived. A long string of DNF's is no reason for such behavior from our lords and masters. A 2.5* difficulty micro should be expected to be difficult to find, duh.

The game used to be more sporting, and fun, both for cache hiders and seekers. It's become...wimpy and whiny instead. Lots of light skirt micros and drive-bys. Bleah.

Container recovered. Signing off.

Geocache Description:

A moderately tricky camouflaged micro in Woodinville.

This is (we think) a well-camouflaged micro that is my/our first attempt at a hide (get it, My Micro?). We like to think of it as our way of giving back to the geo-caching community. Or maybe that should be paying back. And you know what paybacks are...So, don't come looking if tricky, well-hidden micros are not your thing. And, no whining.

We worked for quite awhile to find a really good hiding place, and found a spot near a loading dock at the company where I work. Well, a lot of spots, really. But one really cool one. Then we worked a while longer to figure out a really inconspicuous container, and worked some more on camouflaging it very well. The crew of the company that this is hidden at helped quite a bit in all of these efforts. Seekers arriving during work hours can expect to be given good-natured heckling by the crew (they've got to get their jollies somehow).

The hide does not require power tools, backhoes, climbing, or even much of a stretch, much less going onto or near any dangerous electrical equipment, garbage dumpsters, roofs, or tampering with fire hydrants or valves. If you do find it, please try to re-hide the container as well as you found it. And bring a pen or pencil. "Found-it" logs not backed up by hard logs will be dealt with by whatever means are available to us.

We'll see if hints should be supplied based on how well you all do.

Bwah-ha-ha.
