Come along a view one of the Eastern Capes lost treasures (Bawa Falls). Bawa Falls is a spectacular 100m drop in the Qolora river, with picnic, braai area and toilets available. There is an entry fee of R5 per adult and R2 for kids. I parked my car at the gate an avoided a R5 car fee. Pack a picnic basket and take some time to enjoy this one. To get there follow the signs from with in Butterworth, you’ll travel along 7km’s of gravel road which was suitable for sudan type cars at the time of placing the cache. For the adventures there is also a hiking trail (14km) which takes one to the bottom of the falls and back again, Changed at R3.
