This time "PC" isn't for Personal Computer or Politically Correct. It is for Pointless Cache. The full name of this cache is "Pointless Cache Model 1 -- Serial Number 001"

Why is this cache here? There wasn't one here before.
What is the container? It is a Model 1.

No hint should be necessary. I would recommend hunting after normal hours of operation or you will probably look very suspicious -- but most cachers look suspicious anyway. LOL!
