Geocache Description:

Unique cache that requires a gallon of water to retrieve.

Short duration parking is available within 10 feet of the cache. You'll need a gallon of water to access the cache once you get there. Permission of the owner of the private property has been granted (since this is my property, getting permission was easy). Be careful where you place your feet as you attempt to access the cache, or you'll get wet. Timing is critical to retrieval. Feel free to contact the owner for assistance.
