This cache is located along a stretch of the Highlands Trail in Allamuchy Mountain State Park. It's a nice little hike, with a couple of stream crossings, through a beautiful section of the park. This is also a good alternate approach to GCD5CF and GC9E4A. Try giving my GC1J8VF a shot while you're in the area! Hunting is permitted here. Please take proper precautions during the various seasons. No hunting is allowed on Sunday.
Entrance to the parking area can be found at N40 55.002 W074 45.671. You can pick up the trail at the North end of the field. You're looking for a black decon box (2.75x1.75x3.75) with logbook, pen, pencil and GeoCache notice. A flashlight may come in handy on this one. There's only enough room for very small trade items, please don't overload the container. I started it with a Seashell TB, wooden nickel, mini carabiner, glass fish, bone pendant, WG$ and a FTF prize. Be sure to snap the lid on completely around the top and re-hide well.
