Shiver me timbers, there’s land ho and there ain’t no condos
My compass was broke, the clouds covered the stars, the winds howled, the rains fell, and tossing back and forth in the turbulent seas, my ship ran aground right here. Okay, okay, my compass wasn’t broke, in fact since I got my GPS I don’t even recall where it is. And I was in my Jeep and not in a ship and I was already “aground”. And it wasn’t a wreck, it was a “rec” as this is a nice little public recreation area by some boat docks.
It was cloudy, windy and rainy while I wandered around waiting for the time to attend a volleyball game at MCC and stumbling across this spot it was a fine find indeed. I didn’t have any local caches loaded on my GPS so I placed this cache with the hopes that no other locals have seeded this area with a cache yet. And my gamble paid off.
A little tricky to find your way back here but worth the trip. There is tons of parking, a nice big open plot of grassy land to toss a Frisbee or walk your dog, and the view is pretty unique, too. This is a camouflaged micro cache so be sure you have a working pen in the car, and also be sure you re-hide it as covered and secure as you found it. There may be muggles around but this should be a pretty quick PAG for you.
Enjoy the hunt and the scenery,
iMPG
