This Junction Rocks Traditional Cache
Campcreekers: I hate to archive this one as it is one of my favorites. But the bulldozers wiped it out. Maybe when they get done, I will bring another back!

It doesn't get much easier than this. It is located at a well known intersection. Do not park along U.S. 56 at it is heavily traveled. Park at the following coordinates-N 38 46.961 W095 16.261 Cache location is approx. 100 yds from the parking Coords. Cache is always within eyesight of your vehicle. After reaching the solid rock creek bed, do what Horace Greeley said to do! You will find the cache easily.
I actually saw a picture of this rather unique rock formation at the historic Eldridge Hotel in Lawrence, Ks and knew where it was. Time and water has eroded this limestone formation in a very unusual way.I think you will be impressed. A parking area is located very nearby and a short walk through mowed grass is required. It is worth the walk! Take time to view the many initials carved into the stone. See how many initials (there are many) you can find. If the water is flowing there is a way to get to the cache, but be careful!
You are looking for an ammo can.
