Geocache Description:

This is located in the Skylands Manor section of Ringwood State Park.

Although the Skylands Estate did not have an airfield back in the good old days, it has had one for more than a decade now. Thanks to the efforts of Richard Tanis, the North Jersey Radio Control Club and Ringwood State Park, a model airplane field was constructed for use by local RC clubs. If you happen to be in the area on the weekend, you may find the field in use.

The cache is hidden in a location that should not be visible to anyone using the field. The container is packed tight with trade items so please do not bring any large items to trade.
There are small prizes for the first three finders.

If you happen to be using Google Earth, check out the Brushwood Pond section of Skylands Manor and you will be able to see the airfield.
