Geocache Description:

This cache is only feet from the road. Parking is near in a wide turnout area.

For some time now we have been thinking that Cocolalla Lake is in need of more geocaches. In honor of Talk Like a Pirate Day and to fulfill our personal need to have a cache close to home we placed this cache. We've done our best to talk the talk... Now you have to walk the walk.

This spot be a quite lil spot on t' edge o' Cocolalla Lake. Beavers be often in the area busily buildin their dams. This cache is meant t' be a quick family find. T' cache be an ammo box full o' Pirate swag for t' sprogs. You don't need t' get wet t' get t' loot but ya will if ya lose yer footin.

Note (12/02/08): Increased the Terrain Rating to a 3.5 due to the higher water levels this time of year. You might get a little wet.
