Come one, come all to an Introduction to Geocaching at Rock Eagle
4H Center. New to geocaching and want to learn some tricks of the
trade? Have you heard about geocaching and would like to give it a
try? Don't know a thing about it, but it sounds interesting? Then
attend Introduction to Geocaching - a basic how-to on this
relatively new and great sport that is sweeping the country!
Join us on Saturday, October 6th, 1:30 pm at the Rock Eagle 4H
Center.
Learn how to use GPS Technology to find geocaches (containers with
log books and trinkets). Geocaches are hidden around the world!
Geocaching is a wonderful activity for singles, couples or
families, because it’s exciting and engaging, and because most
geocaches are hidden by a beautiful view, an historic structure, or
really amazing hiding place – in plain sight!
We'll meet at Rock Eagle to discuss the basics of geocaching and
give you the opportunity to meet some of the local geocaching
enthusiasts!
