On top of Qatar. You can get to the cache using a 4WD. Else be prepared to hike for 1km in the heat.
The cache is on a limestone outcrop, 103m above sealevel. This is said to be the highest point of Qatar. Very easy to find under a heap of stones. If you take the right route you can drive up to the cache with a 4WD. In the cache you will find a logbook, a pen (but that might not work, so bring your own)and a small present. You can take the present providing you replace it with something else.
