center of a CIRCLE that has the coordinates along its circumference
for the final cache location.
There are six tags on trees that are 0.25 miles from the center of
the Circle, each one on a different trail with a letter &
number on it for the missing coordinates. All are on the backside
of trees within 20 feet of the trail.
