Geocache Description:

The second of NeverSummer's version of ohjoy!'s "No Redeeming Value" caches and spawn. You are looking for a small glass container with camo duct tape. Please rehide well so the landscapers don't toss it by accident!

From time to time we all come across a cache that makes us all scratch our heads and ask, "What was the reason this was placed here, again?" This cache was placed in a spot with "No Redeeming Value", or "NRV".

NRV caches take many forms. Perhaps it lacks a great walk, an incredible view, some history or other information to discover, a part of a puzzle leading to a great finale, a unique container/camouflage, a unique hide, some thought required in order to find it, or a joke of some kind is involved.

This one fits: It's right by a busy road. There's no great hike or vista to enjoy. Heck, you may even have a dozen eyes watching your every move. This one may require a little thought, but it's all right there. It just happened to be near a few places I visit from time to time.
