Yolo Bypass Wildlife Area - Entrance Traditional Cache

This cache is one of two caches we have placed to draw attention to the Yolo Bypass Wildlife Area-Yolo County.

You can find the headquarters for the wildlife area 1.8. miles down CR 32B to the west.

The cache is located at the entrance to the wildlife area. It is located at the end of CR 32B on the south side of I-80 near Exit 78. This cache would also qualify as an “End of the Road” cache.

The wildlife area is a good place to view birds, particularly during the fall and winter months. Throughout the year The Yolo Basin Foundation has many activities related to the YBWA and the Yolo Basin. During the summer, they lead tours to watch the Mexican Free-tailed Bat flight from beneath the Yolo Causeway of Interstate 80.
