New Salem, Massachusetts: Quabbin Gate #35, parking available, short walk on an old paved road.
PLEASE take care to preserve the old crept, the cache is NOT hidden in it! This letterbox/geocache hybrid is being placed by 3 generations of geocachers; myself, my daughter, and her sons. This spot was the first "final resting place" of my granmother, Emma Rice Wyman, and many other ancestors including her parents and granparents. When the Quabbin was created, their remains were moved to their final resting place in Ware, MA.
