Tony Soprano, head of the DiMeo
family, has sent Paul “Paulie Walnuts” Gualtieri and
Christopher “Chris”
Moltisanti to make a collection on behalf of Silvio “Sil” Dante.
The collection is from an
associate of the Russian
mob, a man named Valery.
Chris and an ill tempered
Paulie, reluctantly depart on the errand.
On arrival, the collection is made, however Paulie’s
temper gets the better of
him, and a struggle ensues between himself and Valery. During the
ruckus Valery is rendered
unconscious, and in fact
assumed dead by Chris and Paulie. The body is wrapped
in a carpet and bundled
into the boot of Paulie’s car.
Chris and Paulie decide that they will
dispose of the body in a
nearby but seldom visited piece of forest known as Pine Barons. On arrival it is
found that Valery is far
from dead, and is
unsurprisingly, in
quite a belligerent mood. Chris and Paulie decide that they
can save themselves a little hard labour if they put the
Russian to work digging
his own grave. Unfortunately for the pair Valery is not all he seems. Paulie later
discovers that Valery was a member of an elite Russian
Commando unit, and once
single handedly killed 16 Czechoslovakians (sic). During the
grave digging Valery
clock’s Chris with the
shovel and overpowers Paulie, before escaping into the snow
covered forest, in little more than his bathrobe.
Chris and Paulie, quickly regain their
composure and take off in
pursuit of their quarry, indiscriminately shooting after him. Chris
claims to have hit the
Russian in the head, however they are unable to find anything more
than the odd foot print and
a few bloodstains.
Chris and Paulie might be a pair of
street smart wise guys, however they are seriously lacking in bush craft, and
Valery soon evades their pursuit. Worse still the pair find
themselves hopelessly lost, in the snow covered forest, ill
prepared and with night fast approaching.
Paulie manages to make very brief phone
contact with Tony. Tony is not happy about this development, but
resolves to come to their
aid. Tony unable to secure the services of Bobby Baccalieri, a
skilled outdoorsman, calls upon you to help him track down his
two missing Capos. As a
mere associate of the
family, you see this as your opportunity to impress Tony, and
attain your life long dream of becoming a “Made Man”.
