The cache is located at Bismark Lake right by a small cliff. The cache is in a safe place to get to, do not think you need to go near the edge.
Bismark Lake is a great place to fish, so bring your poles and stay awhile after finding the cache.
I thought I should add this after reading the last log. Bismark Lake is Federal Land. It boarders Custer State Park, but is not within it. Therefore no State Park pass is necessary to access the cache. The day use fee is in the summer months for use of the camping and other day use facilities. It is not necessary to have a day use permit to find the cache.
