This cache is located in a quiet surburban park, rarely visited even by the locals. Geoson had no idea the park was there and we have lived nearby for 6 years now.
The street it is located on is named after the largest man-made lake that was built as part of the Snowy Mountains hydo-electric scheme. The street itself is busy at school drop-off and pick up times. Other than that it is a fairly quiet area. The street opposite puts on an amazing light show for Christmas.
The cache is a small cylindrical container with a screw top lid. It contains a logbook and some small tradeables. Can hold a travel bug or two.
In the park there is a wooden fort with a slippery slide.
There are many possible hiding spots. The co-ordinates, taken using a Garmin GPS60, seem to get within 5 metres of the cache. If someone can get a better fix please let me know (This is our first cache.)
