Located in a dead end bridle path, easily accessible on foot from two directions. Slight incline on playing field accessible to all.(Horses not allowed on playing field)
Having spent a lifetime of playing numerous sports on this field, the ball whether it is cycle hockey (great village pastime!) cricket, rounders or football the shout is always ‘Get the ball – RUNAWAY BALL’! It is a dedication to years of chasing balls down the slope –maybe you should try it when doing this cache! Suggested parking is at the Village Hall, N 51’ 45.441’ W002’ 14.831 .Please be careful when negotiating the narrow roads, particularly during school times. Fantastic views as we often remind ourselves particularly on school sports day! Cache is med size plastic container original contents Log book/pen, pencil sharpener,pack of Rubber bands, bouncy ball, 35 seconds to go TB. & Fox's mints for F.T.F.
