A nice boat trip from Gabriola Island to Valdes Island.
Recently a good portion of Valdes Island became a public park. There is a park sign with use regulations but the park doesn't seem to have a name! There is a nice boat launch not far from the cache. It is a short walk up a little bit of a hill. The cache is placed near some very, very old cars that were left here many years ago. Quite interesting to look at. Cache is up off the ground and only a couple steps off the trail. The ground is mossy and fragile. If you don't find it quickly be sure to refer to the hint and not tear up the environment.
My sister and her husband live on Gabriola Island and will help me keep watch over this. We had a fun trip boating over to this.
