Memories... Half Way House, AKA "Avery Hotel"

A simple puzzle cache. No secret decoder rings, or "special
equipment" needed.. just some common "geo" sense. BYOP, and hide
this just like you found it.
The Avery Hotel, also known as Half Way House, was a stopping point
to the "Big Trees", long before the present day highway bypassed
it. Stop by to find "2 monuments", the history, and the cache.. Oh,
BTW, the final cache is about a 1/2 mile away from this (half)
way-point... but the "clue's" are here" So, we have some
Co-ords.... A8.B2.C62.... 120.2D.E1F that need to have the missing
numbers filled in.... Hmmm... well, go to the "half way point",
then find 2 distinctive features. Clue's ? you want those also???
I've given close to a "half" dozen already. Hmm. A = "generations"
B = "Dedication Year # 1" number (doh) C = "Again, dedication
year.... 2 choices for this answer, but they are the same number"
now, 2nd set... D = Family home, first or last # E = Hazel, passed
away in "xxx_" (one number) F = "Since x__x"... 2 choices for this
answer, but same number" So, it's a puzzle, but I've tried to make
it as simple as possible.... Now it's up to you to solve it. Final
cache site is on a quaint, picturesque back road... so bring your
camera. However, could be lot's of muggles during "rush hour"
traffic times. Trees may be a problem... be patient, your GPSr
should settle down.
