Located at the Chinatown American Legion Memorial you're looking for a flat magnet with a log only. Cache should be reachable from the pavement, no need to disturb the landscaping. Take a moment while you're here to look at the various bricks memorializing those who served and died.
I thought this site was worthy of a cache. At first I was a little surprised that no names were inscribed on the memorial itself, the names are actually on individual bricks along with the years served by that person.
