Geocache Description:

This cache is located in the village of Coalport, a short walk along the Shropshire Way, from the Woodbridge Inn. The start of the walk is marked by this black statue, by the Coalport Bridge.


The cache is an AMMO BOX (replaced 20th June 2009), hidden down at a favourite spot on the River Severn. Parking at the Woodbridge Inn, follow the path through the Preens Eddy Picnic Site (bonus point for any photos posted of the 'elbow tree') then at the trail head (see waypoint below), go through the gate and follow the mud path down towards the river.
