This cache is placed close to Over Bridge on the Outskirts of Gloucester. A short walk from suggested parking, over the bridge (enjoy the views!), along the winding path and trust in your GPS.
Over Bridge was built by engineer Thomas Telford between 1825-1828 and it spans the Maisemore Channel of the River Severn. The Bridge was the lowest point that the Severn could be crossed right up until 1966 when a bridge was built in Aust. More recently the bridge was used by TV reporters bringing news of the Gloucestershire floods in the summer of 2007. Cache is a white 35mm micro container. Please ensure cache is fully covered once you have replaced and Happy Caching!
