Very near The Birthplace of Will Rogers, this campground and nature trail were the site of a gathering of enthusiastic Geocachers on the weekend of October 13th and 14th, 2007. To commemorate this event, the fun times and memories of the gathering, this cache was placed along the Nature trail’s “Long Loop.”
Placed among the Cache Contents was a book containing many of Will Roger’s famous quotes. (10/24/2021) I have now removed this book after 14 years. Feel free to enter one of your favorite quotes to the Cacher’s Log. It can be a Will Roger’s quote, one from somewhere else, or a favorite saying of your own. Keep it friendly! You can post your quote in your online log also if you like. Other trade items are always welcome.
