E 173 degrees 10.765 This will Take you to the intersection between 2 streets one is 2 words not including street. The 2 word one is the name of a former Richmond councilor, Use the first name of the street to find out the cache cordinates.
The first letter in the name =1 the second letter of the name =2 the third letter of the name =3 and so on use this to figure out the rest of the coordinate below which will take you to the cache
