Cache of the Day-Walleye Traditional Cache

A fairly easy park & grab cache near the lighthouse.
This cache was spawned from Kickin's Cache of The Day which I found in McKean County last year (or was it the previous year?) But anyway when I found the Cache of the Day, all the spawned cache containers were gone, so she eventually caught up with me to give me a spawn container named Walleye. So much for the history of the events leading up to the placement of this cache, but what better place to hide a cache called Cache of the Day-Walleye than the former proposed site of the hunting and fishing museum of PA in Tionesta, PA. Besides the quaint coincidence of the name of this location, it is even handy to the Allegheny River and plenty of good fishing, where you might even catch a walleye, or maybe some bass, or a muskie etc. But at any rate, you can catch the Cache Of the Day at this good fishing spot. The cache was originally placed with permission of the Hunting & Fishing Museum of PA, but it appears that the island has reverted back to private ownership now. The cache still appears to be consistent with the posted access rules, so I am re-enabling it to try it again. Watch out for muggles, as this can be a busy spot at times. This cache does not require you to venture off the top of the bank, so stay safe and have fun. The container has been downsized to a micro size instead of the original container. Bring your own pen to sign the log.
