Geocache Description:

CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES!
You will probably require some programming platform/language. You could use TI-BASIC (Texas Instruments Graphing Calculators), or what I use, JustBasic, but any platform should work. Microsoft Excel, for example, will work if you know how to use the if() and int() functions.

Puzzle Details

The actual X and Y coordinates are permutations of the posted X and Y coordinates. (Well, not real permutations, because they aren't a set). The actual coordinates will be different in the minutes portion of the coord. They will have the same digits, but in a different order.

Example (not actual):
N51°AB.CDE   -->  N51°CA.DBE
W114°FG.HIJ   -->  W114°HJ.GIF

To find the cache, you must multiply the minutes portion of the X and Y coordinates by 1000 (AB.CDE --> ABCDE). Now find a rearrangement (permutation) of the digits for X and Y so that the 2 numbers multiply to get 308049088. Got that? A number with the same digits as the X minute portion multiplies with a number with the same digits as the Y minute portion to get 308049088. Your job is to find those 2 numbers, and enter them as they appear into the minute portion of the X and Y coordinates.

Hint: You don't need to do anything with factorials. Don't waste your time with calculating all the permutations (there are over 10 000 possible sets).

Note: I tried really hard not to confuse you with the puzzle description (Thank you, by the way, to BVPete for checking it over). I'm open to suggestions to make it easier to understand.
