CACHE IS NOT AT
THE POSTED COORDINATES!!

This is a straight forward puzzle cache in 2 parts. Use the image to determine the 4 letter key to the Caesar-type transposition cipher (actually monoalphabetic cipher). The cache container is large enough to accomodate TBs, small toys,etc.

This is a very busy area with many muggles and stealth is an absolute.
