This ammo can is in a place that is easy to get to... if you live in the right neighborhood. If you don't live there, then you have to play golf. If you don't play golf, then you have to take the long, hard way to the cache. I recommend looking carefully at a map of some sort to figure out the best approach. For a spoiler, there is a waypoint for the entrance you should take. Three star Terrain is based on fact that there is steep hill and there will be wet area after rain.
