Understanding the name of this cache is probably the hardest thing about it! [To understand the cache title check out the name of the nearest cache to this one times three.] Park at N 35° 28.361 W 82° 20.209 and walk the last 100 yards. [Take the low road not the high road.] Be careful as you walk! Be extremely careful! Due to the location the coordinates are going to be a little off. However, it should be reasonably obvious where the cache is located. [In case it isn't obvious, go East!] You are looking for a 2D toilet bag from QANTAS. Spoiler photo provided.
