Tackle Box 2 Multi-Cache

This addition to the Tackle Box family has three stages.
STAGE 1
The first stage is a match container with coorinates to the second stage. Please leave the paper with the coordinates in the first stage for other cachers.
STAGE 2
At the second stage you are looking for a metal disk at ground level. On this disk is a magic two digit number to the right of the letters EL.
STAGE 3
To get the coordinates for stage three you will need the magic number.
N28° 48.xxx' For north add 159 to the magic number.
W081° 23.0XX'For west add 15 to the magic number.
