Driving the rush hour traffic from Wellington, crawl through Pukerua Bay, round the corner and there’s the sea. Kapiti Island. Late sun on the water. The cares of the city fall away…
Almost a drive-by, but must be approached from the south due to road safety issues. Park in the layby, read the information board.
