This cache is being placed as part of the Moat Mountain Progressive Challenge Series. Please go to waypoint GC14Z4R for complete rules.
The trail now passes over the bare summit of Middle Moat and descends steeply. It is not well marked and sometimes there are parallel paths. The cache is in the woods about .3 miles beyond Middle Moat. It is just over waist height and easily visible on the side away from the trail. Broken container replaced with small LnL - thanks people!
Parking is at the same location as #1, no longer a WMNF parking fee.
