Ludwig Pettifogger proudly presents Häringe Viewpoint 1.
Welcome to Häringe the northern part of the Häringe-Hammersta nature reserve. This area is not only stepped in history it has also an abundance of natural beauty and wildlife considered to be of national interest.
At the parking place you will also find an information board and a map about the area. Please notice that the map can be rather useful for finding the easiest way to the cache. It is actually possible to cycle almost all the way to the cache.
At the final hiding-place you will be rewarded with a stunning view of the nearby Baltic Sea.
The walk from the parking place and back is about four kilometres so it is advisable to bring some light refreshments to be had at the picnic place close to the cache.
If you are in luck you may be able to see an eagle soaring in the sky so a pair of binoculars might come in handy.
Should you wish to travel by public transport there is a commuter train service from Stockholm Central to Västerhaninge station and onwards with bus service No 847 to bus stop Häringe grindar.
