Beside a public road. No worry about parking. SC31 is to the west of the cache. Very safe cache on public land. Cache is a camo'd pill bottle with only a log. BYOP
Very easy park and grab. Due to recent road construction, the cache has been moved 10-15 feet. Lately this has turned into an excellent CITO site.
DO NOT APPROACH THE CACHE FROM THE SC 31 (CAROLINA BAYS PARKWAY) SIDE! Use the frontage road.
