25.7.2017: new coordinates and a new hiding place. Find it in a rock cleft under a tree. Please leave vertical camouflage in place and only remove covering stones. New description coming soon.
Socerb castle stands on the Kraški rob (the Karst ridge) which comes here closest to the sea. Here is a marvellous vista to the bay of Trieste and countryside. http://www.slosi.info/01gradovi/02podrobnejse/primorska/s-7/socerb.php Leave highway A1, turning Kastelec. In front of castle you'll find a big parkig (N 45 35.352 E13 51.689), where you can park during caching and visiting castle and surroundings. Also you can reach here by bike, using lateral roads. Cache is a plastic box, inside I placed few little things, log and pencils. Box is lying between and cowered with rocks.
