Classed as a magnetic key safe (the log container now smaller BRING TWEEZERS), on public property, look at the wall in the backround, no need to go on private property

The wall is a special place, Johnson City police are only 3 blocks away, and this is their back way in. Can you tell me why the graffite on this wall was allowed to be here? The answer is there in black and white. First to find is it's own reward on this one.
